Shipping within Germany is free.
We ship daily (Monday to Friday) using the parcel service DPD.
Delivery usually takes 1 to 2 working days.
During the spring and winter seasons, increased parcel volumes can lead to delivery delays. Please take this into account when scheduling your order.
Self-collection is possible at any time by appointment.
Please check the goods for completeness and any damage before acknowledging receipt.
If there is anything wrong with the delivery, this must be reported to the delivery person immediately.
The total amount of your order is paid in advance. As soon as we receive your payment, the goods will be ordered from the manufacturer and prepared for delivery. Every incoming order is checked again for fit and TÜV approval. If this check is successful, you will receive confirmation and our bank details in a separate email. You can then conveniently pay by bank transfer.
Pay conveniently and with buyer protection directly from your PayPal account. You will receive a PayPal transfer email with our information after your order has been reviewed. You then manually initiate the payment via your account at https://www.paypal.de. A prerequisite for this payment method is an existing and funded PayPal account. As soon as Damina Performance GmbH receives your payment, you will receive an automatic notification and your ordered products will be made available for you. A fee of approximately €2.51 will be added to the total amount payable via PayPal, including shipping costs.
